To that end, Warwick Women’s Workout incorporates a variety of exercise equipment and modalities, all of which are closely supervised by our caring trainers who are available to give instruction and advice.

Full Body Circuit

Utilising imported PACE hydraulic equipment from the USA, The circuit contains 13 machines, designed to work upper body, middle body or lower body. They are arranged in groups, then an intermediate recovery station. You can work harder on the steps, you can utilise a fit ball, dumbbells, or one of the trainers will lead some sessions with some more vigorous aerobic moves between stations. We alternate days between a 60 second and a 45 second interval trainer and regularly update our music.

Our PACE resistance machines allow you to push and pull, so you use twice as many muscle groups for the same activity. Each strength machine is uniquely designed with hydraulic resistance that is based on the speed and force you apply, so you control the machine to accommodate your fitness level and fitness goals.

Gym access includes use of a variety of cardio machines including treadmills, cross trainers, recumbent bikes, spin bike and rowers. These may be utilised for warm ups and cool downs or dedicated cardio workouts.

Functional and Strength Training

Members have limitless possibilities for increasing strength, power or for specific rehabilitation using an array of equipment. We constantly update our functional gear including dumbbells, Suspension straps, kettlebells, fitballs, slam balls, stability discs, bands, steps, functional bags, ropes and more. This equipment may be used individually by members or for added direction are utilised in small group training sessions.

Exercise with disabilities

Warwick Women’s Workout takes pride in a history of providing a safe and nurturing environment for all women to workout. The PACE circuit machines offer a particular benefit to women with disabilities through their simplicity of use. Members who require special assistance should attend with their usual carer. Our trainers will provide instruction to both member and carer to ensure a carer is able to facilitate workouts safely.


For those with young children the Centre creche, ‘Leaps & Bounds’ is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.00 am – 11.00 am (reduced hours during school holidays).
