It’s unfortunate, but we all experience injury at some point!

But the good news is that that doesn’t have to be a reason to let your fitness fall by the wayside.

With the right guidance, targeted exercise can help speed your recovery without exacerbating current injuries. Whether you are pre or post-surgery, have sustained a sporting or life injury or would like to do preventative exercise to protect your knees, back and other joints, exercise can be an important part of your recovery or injury prevention. Where appropriate we will refer to medical practitioners to work collaboratively to guide your exercise.

Our partner organisation MTM Physiotherapy is also located within the stadium and offers an excellent service for a range of musculoskeletal injuries.

Picking things up from the floor was impossible without pain. After a month of exercising at WWW I noticed I can put my shoes on without pain as well as picking things up from the floor pain-free.
