Boost your workout routine with the benefits of Small Group Training. These classes are conducted by a trainer in small groups of women to ensure you have precise feedback on your exercise technique for faster progress as well as creating a supportive workout environment.

Great workout for all fitness levels. Choreographed to music, combining toning exercises with cardiovascular training.

Fuse functional, strength and cardio in this multi station workout. Learn functional moves under the guidance of a Personal Trainer. Designed to build strength, agility, cardio capacity and shred fat.

ABT

Define and sculpt abdominals, butt and thighs! This class targets these areas to strengthen and tone as well as improving core stability.

A strong core will improve musculoskeletal function and improve your posture. Exercises will target the muscles for a sculpted mid-section

You’ll get stronger, faster, more powerful and more resilient if you join the Warriors! Utilising free weights, steps, floor exercises and various gym equipment as you fight your way through this sweaty, intense workout.

Body Sculpture Flat & Firm

Get specific targeting the booty, arms and muffin tops. Tone and sculpt while you improve coordination and agility.

Fab Four

Four exercises, ten reps and ten minutes with all out intensity. Track your progress by recording your sets and compare your own results each week. Each grouping lasts for six-eight weeks then it’s time to change it up

Balance

Balance is the foundation of effective movement and a critical ability to help protect against injury, but unfortunately declines from about age 40. Increase your confidence with improved coordination and stability through dynamic and static balance training.

HIIT Intervals

Come in on a Saturday and be motivated by our trainer as we put you through your paces with some high intensity interval training. These sessions are a great way to get the job done and go and enjoy your weekend!

Suspend Fit

This small class, capped at 6 participants utilises the TRX suspension system. Originally developed by Navy Seal Squadron Commander Randy Hetrick, TRX allows gravity to be the resistance force acting through your own body weight and giving you control of intensity. Challenge your whole body and improve flexibility, mobility, core strength, power and heart health.

One word: Confidence. Gain strength, power, confidence and hand-eye coordination and never look back after making this sweaty full-body workout a favourite in your routine! This class is capped at 6 participants ensuring you get the best from our trainers and improve your technique with each class.
