“Having the chance to use a Personal Trainer to help push through a few barriers, mentally and physically is a very rewarding experience.
I needed a push with encouragement, and WWW’s Personal Trainer did this, and I had fun.”

Meet the team

Experience: Having worked with people in a variety of situations from aged care, disability education and finance consultant I developed a passionate interest in the role of intelligent exercise, nutrition and life balance for quality of life for people of all walks and stages of life. After mentoring a group of ladies in a large online community through Precision Nutrition's Coaching for Women, I gained qualifications in fitness and began studying a bachelor's degree in exercise rehabilitation. As Manager of Warwick Women's Workout, I train a diverse group of women and I enjoy every minute of it!
Passions: Seeing people move towards a richer experience of life is more than a career for me.I am excited about the discoveries we are currently making about the connection between exercise and cognitive ability, mental health, protection and recovery from disease not to mention improved function and participation in LIFE! Learning is a joy and I encourage discussion and shared experience.
Personal Interests: I love to socialise and to be active and I combine those interests whenever I can!

Experience: I’ve worked in the women’s circuit gym industry since 2006, and I have been involved in team sport throughout my life until too many hand injuries.
Passion: I love working with women, helping them achieve their goals and helping to create a positive environment for women to workout in. We are a real family, and care for and look out for each other. I’m an avid learner, and love to research new fitness and dietary information and welcome member input. I’m also committed to fitness education and creating a place of safety and excellence for women seeking to improve their health and wellbeing. I’ve taught Tai Chi at the centre and have organised additional personal fitness programs for ladies who desire more results from their time in the Gym. I also run weekly aerobics sessions in the circuit.
Personal Interests: I am a woman of faith, love reading, a glass of good wine and AFL.

Experience: I have 9 years of experience in the circuit gym industry and have loved it.
Passions: I understand the health benefits of fitness and the challenges many women have in changing their behaviours to achieve a more satisfying lifestyle. My shifts are mainly in the afternoons and evenings, where my ladies are wonderful, they work extremely hard but also are full of laughter and banter on the circuit. Our ladies all have individual fitness targets and I am most passionate in helping to guide and mentor each member to achieve their health goals. I feel extremely satisfied as I see our members’ fitness, agility and health improve over their time with Warwick Women’s Workout. I am particularly interested and enthused when working with our special needs ladies, who need extra personal attention to ensure their health and exercise requirements are met. For those who need that little bit extra, I also run aerobics sessions in the circuit.
Personal Interests: I enjoy spending time in the garden and love cooking for my family and friends. More recently I have been bitten by the travel bug and look forward to our annual holiday.

Experience: I have worked in the fitness industry for five years.
Passions: I love being fit and healthy and encouraging others in their quest to be fit and healthy too. I have a Certificate 3 in Health and Fitness, I have done a Punchfit course, I have done a course in Care of pelvic floor in exercise, and I have completed a short course in Eating and Exercise in Mental Health and Mental Health ABC and Suicide prevention. I love working with women, helping them achieve their goals and helping to create a positive environment for women to workout in.
Personal Interests: I love working with women and encouraging them to attain their goals. I love being a woman and thoroughly enjoy getting to know our ladies from our gym.

Experience: I have been working in the gym and fitness industry for more than five years. Before that I worked in aged care for over ten years, reflecting my passion for the elderly and understanding their needs and concerns when it comes to daily activities.
Building and maintaining appropriate levels of fitness and investing in quality of life as we grow older are important to me. Personal health issues and physical limitations allow me to understand and practice the importance of daily exercise.
Fitness Philosophy: I love working with the Warwick Women’s Workout ladies and see my role as a facilitator; encouraging and supporting the wide range of ladies coming for a workout. I make it a personal challenge to motivate, support and enrich each individual lady during my shifts.
I attempt to create a relaxed and fun environment with a competitive undertone aimed at introducing new instruments and tools such as resistance bands on the circuit and self-driven challenges to establish a new personal best on the circuit.
I like to encourage people, for example through a weight loss challenge at Warwick Women’s Workout, leading to a sense of community and achievement.
